Kröller-Müller Museum receives contribution from VriendenLoterij

The Kröller-Müller Museum was pleasantly surprised with a visit from the VriendenLoterij this week. They were able to hand the museum a cheque for no less than € 1,628,601. We are extremely grateful to the VriendenLoterij and all their participants for this donation.

Donations from the VriendenLoterij are intended to preserve cultural heritage and make it accessible to the public. The Kröller-Müller Museum uses the support to make substantial art acquisitions. For example, last year the museum acquired Ohne Titel (Untitled) by Blinky Palermo thanks in part to the VriendenLoterij.

Thanks to their participants, the VriendenLoterij was able to donate a total of € 152 million to culture, welfare and sport in the Netherlands over 2024.
